Ethics Submission Tutorial

CasePro provides a self-service submission form so complainants can provide complete and thorough Ethics Complaints, Arbitration and Ombudsman Requests directly from your association’s website. Once the Complainant has filled out the form, the complaint is immediately submitted to CasePro. From there, you can notify the Respondent and track all communications from the CasePro Admin Portal.
